Discover a way of practising yoga that helps to release tension from the body whilst strengthening your core muscles. Exploring the yoga postures with mindfulness, breath and awareness helps to awaken the body, mind and spirit whilst leading to a deep sense of relaxation.

Suitable for all levels

Suzy is a Physiotherapist as well as a yoga teacher with over 10 years teaching experience. Her yoga practise of 20 years is inspired by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli. She has a unique ability to support each student in a gentle, knowledgeable and progressive way.
