Yoga & Pilates Drop-in classes

These are at our new venue (the Evolution hub) at the Brighton Buddhist Centre, 17 Tichborne Street, Brighton, BN1 1UR.

We take the safety of those coming to the centre seriously and have put in place COVID-secure measures.

You will need to:

  • bring your own equipment
  • use hand sanitizer on entry
  • provide your contact details
  • wear a mask while in the corridors
  • arrive no earlier than 5 -10 minutes before your class 
  • Please do not come to the centre if you are feeling unwell &
  • maintain social distancing while on the premises.

Classes will be limited in size to maintain social distancing.

Scarvelli-Inspired Yoga drop-in with Jane Manze - Mondays 9.45am - 11.00am

Jane is having a break in August so the last class until September will be on Monday 26 July

Text Jane on 07710362229 by 9:00am on the day to let her know that you are coming and ensure you get a place.  

Jane encourages students to enjoy greater body awareness within and around traditional yoga postures.  Classes also include breathing practice.  Price £10 and £8 for concessions.

Fitness is Freedom! A new Beginners/ Improvers Pilates class 09.30 - 10.30.  *THIS CLASS IS TEMPORARILY ON HOLD.  WATCH THIS SPACE FOR WHEN IT WILL RESUME*

Pilates improves flexibility and core strength, promotes overall well-being and reduces the risk of injury and falls. This is a very relaxed, fun class especially suitable for those of us who may have let their fitness regime slip a bit during the last year! We’ll start from basics and move on at a rate that suits everyone. Please bring your own mat.
