Learn to unravel muscular tension and eradicate harmful postural habits, reduce pain and contact a deep sense of wellbeing. This workshop in Brighton will provide a practical and informative introduction to the Alexander Technique in an enjoyable way. Learn to move with more ease and with less effort, breathe more freely, and enjoy less strain or pain. The Alexander Technique promotes a calmer state of mind, a more conscious embodied state of awareness, and teaches the skills to help oneself. It can be applied to daily life and at work, as well as maximising our pleasure and performance in sport, and the performing arts.  Suitable for all levels, no experience necessary.   Your tutor Korina has enjoyed working as an Alexander Technique teacher for over 15 years.  As well as a busy private practice, working with all kinds of ages and clients, she is employed as an Alexander and movement teacher working with actors in various drama colleges and with the Hampshire County Youth Orchestra. She has an MA in Dance and Somatic Well-Being and also enjoys working as a somatic and creative movement facilitator. www.korinabiggs.co.uk Testimonials 'I thoroughly enjoyed our session.
