Brighton by Night Photography Workshop

There is a concession available for this course for people: Under 25's, over 65's or in full time unemployment. In this workshop Eva will guide you how to capture the magic of Brighton by Night in an explorative and experimental play with Night Photography. - Have you ever struggled with what kind of settings to use to get those trailing lights? - Do you want to use light as a brush tool to explode your creativity? Eva will introduce you to the basic techniques which you will practise around Brighton and open the way for a whole new world in your creativity. Along the way, she will be giving you constructive feedback and advice on how to improve your night photography and she will be encouraging you to share your photos with your peers. Must haves: 1. a camera with Bulb setting in shutter speed or be able to shoot max 30 to 60 seconds by pressing the shutter release button 2. a remote control shutter release cable or a wireless one 3. a tripod All levels welcome Your tutor Eva Kalpadaki was born in Greece. After she was awarded a Greek State Foundation scholarship she moved to UK to complete a PhD in Arts and Communication at UCA. She is a qualified teacher holding a PGCE teaching certificate from the University of Brighton. She is currently working as a fine art photographer and photography tutor.
