Whatever your current level of fitness, regular Pilates practice will make you stronger and more flexible – quickly helping you to look and feel better! This inclusive Tuesday morning class is suitable for beginners, people getting back to exercise as well as for people with some experience of Pilates wanting a straightforward, local class. These classes are designed to be accessible, affordable, gently challenging, relaxed and fun. 

£8 drop in; £35 for a block of five sessions; £6 session if you work or volunteer locally and £5 concessions! One-to-one sessions available on demand.
