For people who have previously completed a mindfulness course

What is wisdom? Can it be cultivated? And what does it have to do with mindfulness meditation?

Drawing on the Buddhist roots of mindfulness practice and the emerging field of wisdom science, this engaging, interactive course explores in practice and theory how we can have wiser responses in the face of the challenges and flux of life. Sessions include guided meditations and exploration of relevant themes, including in small groups. Annie and Carolyn have drawn on many years of mindfulness practice and teaching as well as Carolyn's background in neuroscience,  in developing this exciting new course.
