Pilates Drop-in Class with Lou Perrotta

Fitness is Freedom! A new Beginners/ Improvers Pilates class starting Friday 21 May 2021 09.30 - 10.30. 

At the Brighton Buddhist Centre in Tichborne Street.

Pilates improves flexibility and core strength, promotes overall well-being and reduces the risk of injury and falls. This is a very relaxed, fun class especially suitable for those of us who may have let their fitness regime slip a bit during the last year (?!?). We’ll start from basics and move on at a rate that suits everyone. Please bring your own mat. 

We will collect names and contact details for all participants in order to trace if necessary. Really looking forward to welcoming you back to real Pilates!

You will need to:

  • bring your own equipment
  • use hand sanitizer on entry
  • provide your contact details
  • wear a mask while in the corridors
  • arrive no earlier than 5 -10 minutes before your class.
  • Please do not come to the centre if you are feeling unwell &
  • maintain social distancing while on the premises.

Classes will be limited to 15 students plus the tutor and places will be allocated on arrival.

£8 per session if you can afford it; £6 per session if you can't.  One-to-one sessions available on demand.
