Date: Saturday 20 March from 9.45am - 4.30pm

Join Eva, Kirsten and Sarah for a nurturing and nourishing retreat experience from the cosiness of your own home. Each skilled and experienced facilitator will each hold an interactive inspiring space for you to connect and share through yoga, workshops, food, movement and play. With plenty of time-out from your screen.

Your retreat experience starts from the moment you retreat pack pops through the post!

 

Retreat Timetable

9:45 - 10: Welcome! Check-in and meet your fellow retreatants.

10:00 - 11.30: Pranayama, yoga and meditation with Eva

Join Eva for a relaxing and resorative morning of mantra, Pranayama breathing techniques, yoga postures (asanas) and meditation to help bring your body, mind and breath back into balance. This gentle and nurturing yoga session will create a sense of calm and connection for you to carry with you throughout the day. 

11.30am - 12pm: Break

12pm -1pm: ­Nutrition with Kirsten 

Women tend to be natural nurturers - except when it comes to ourselves! We deserve to be nourished with nutrient-rich and delicious food. And if we feed ourselves well, we can reap rewards such as more energy, a clearer head and more balanced hormones. So in this session we'll have a look at some quick and easy ways to make sure we are as grounded, calm, happy, energised and healthy as we can be.

1pm - 2pm Hour break for lunch

2pm - 4pm: Women’s Wellbeing Circle with Sarah 

Experience the warmth of The Village Circle. Imagine being seated around a welcoming fire where you will experience breathwork, embodiment movement, playful storytelling and a hearty dose of self-care all from the comfort of your own home. Make yourself a cosy nest, bring your favourite cuppa and enjoy tales from the heart.

Eva Kozacikova

Eva is a registered and insured Yoga Instructor with several different schools.  Her teachings are influenced by these traditional schools of yoga and her focus is deeply on Traditional way of teaching with focus on awareness and mindful movement to reach to the core of our being beyond any program we might have running through our system. Reaching to the Self.

Kirsten Chick

Kirsten has been practising as a qualified nutritional therapist since 2003. She is registered with the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners and the Federation of Holistic Therapists and a member of the British Society for Integrative Oncology. Kirsten lectures in nutrition at Sussex Downs College, and runs a variety of workshops amd retreats alongside her busy practice.

Sarah Davies

Sarah is local drama practitioner, theatre-maker, teacher and director. Throughout 2020 Sarah's been facilitating wellbeing, women's circles and playful sessions online. 

She finds a sense of belonging in several magical groups of fabulous beings with clowns, shamans, storytellers, playful beings and women's circles stretching across the globe from Senegal to Norway, across Europe, to Taiwan, Moscow, Guatemala and Texas. There's a curious, soul friend to be found everywhere! Her goal is to open the portal to silliness and play for everyone with an embracing the unknown attitude. She'll unlock ways to quieten your Inner Critic, calm your nerves and make friends with your Self. 
Since arriving on this earth, she's lived in a myriad of places, spoke in different tongues, enjoyed many a good dinner all over the place, taught, learnt, laughed, cried, worried and entertained in a range of disguises and places.


She welcomes you now to sample the warmth of The Village's fire where heart, hearth and health can be found.
