UNFRAZZLE: Reclaim your calm in six easy weeks

Are you feeling frazzled by life? Would you like to learn a simple plan for getting back headspace, no matter how hectic things are?

In each session of this six week course you’ll work through a different area of reclaiming focus and time out for your brain. You’ll start by recognising frazzle and what causes it, then learn how to get control of your smartphone use and create a beneficial evening at home. You’ll move on to giving yourself daily blank time, reconnecting body to brain in an easy way, and establishing a routine you can take forwards for the rest of your life.

The sessions will cover a bit of theory, loads of practical ideas and a space for you to share your own experience of unfrazzling. There’ll be quizzes and other exercises to do in the session, with the aim of leaving you inspired and connected, plus fun homework for each week to help you unfrazzle stage by stage.

 This course is based on Stephanie’s book Unfrazzle: The Easy Way To Reclaim Your Calm. You do not need a copy of the book in order to attend the course, however, and no prior knowledge is necessary – just a willingness to learn.

Who is the tutor?

Stephanie Lam

Stephanie Lam is a wellbeing writer, teacher and workshop facilitator. For twenty years she has taught in an immigration detention centre, working with men at the extreme end of stress. She also writes on wellbeing for various publications, and is the back-page columnist for Breathe magazine where each issue she provides a practical take on achievable self-care.

Several years ago, a crisis prompted Stephanie to re-evaluate her life and assimilate all she had learned on stress and neuroplasticity into a plan for reclaiming her calm. This plan became her self-help book Unfrazzle. Stephanie now runs Unfrazzle workshops and courses based on her plan, both in person and online.
