What does this course cover?

This course will teach you 8 movements of the Eternal Spring form. This is a simple form of moving Qi gong, with individual movements repeated over and over in order to connect the body, mind and breath together, the key requirements for all Tai chi or Qi gong. Moving in this way create currents or waves of awareness in the body and you will gain a new sense of movement during this course.

The movements start simply and grow more complex, each one adding a new energetic idea, like first learning to write letters, then words and finally sentences.

Moving in a soft, slow coordinated manor is extremely beneficial for ones physical and mental health, and many people use it to maintain good health or recover from illness or injury.

You will be able to complete these movements and have some basic yet profound tools to maintain and improve your health by the end of this course.


Who is the tutor?

Jeremy has been practicing Tai chi and Qi gong for 18 years and has been a student of Michael Acton for over 10 years. Jeremy is a 6th Generation Disciple of the Wu family from Shanghai and is committed to practising and teaching Tai ji quan and Qi gong in a traditional and authentic manor. He has also been an acupuncturist for the last 8 years and a practising Buddhist since 2012.
