Online Transforming Difficulties and Demons

With Annie Akasati McAuley, for people with some previous experience of mindfulness practice. 
Wednesday 1 July from 7:00pm to 8:15 - online via Zoom
 
Instead of trying to escape from unwanted emotions, thoughts and views - what we might term our inner 'demons' - mindfulness and compassion practices allow us to sensitively turn towards difficulties, changing our relationship with them.
 
This will be an interactive session on Zoom, with guided mindfulness & compassion practices, including an introduction to 'Compassionate Breathing (Tonglen)' and opportunities for reflection and sharing in the group.

Annie Akasati McAuley Annie Akasati is a qualified mindfulness and compassion teacher and an ordained Buddhist, with over 3 decades' personal practice and with 20 years experience as a meditation teacher.
