Dream Interpretation Workshop

The workshop will introduce you to dream interpretation and the main methods used in interpretation.

Some areas we will explore are:

- Techniques with the Dream Journal 

- Learning to think symbolically, and developing your intuition 

- Techniques for developing intuition, such as Archetypes and the work of Carl Jung 

- A ‘literal’ approach to Dream Symbolism

We will explore common dream themes and symbols, such as falling, flying, teeth falling out, nakedness in public, chase dreams, etc; and common dream symbols such as water (emotion), houses and buildings (your Self) and the significance of the characters in your dreams.

What you will get from the day:

A grounding in the main principles of dream interpretation, such as common dream themes.
A beginner's knowledge of how to interpret your dreams, and those of others.
Tools and tips to uncover your intuition.

What you will need:

You can bring a notebook and pen for group work if you wish to take notes, but it’s not essential as I email the transcript of the session afterwards.

Liz Prince-Harding

Liz has been interpreting dreams and teaching Psychology since the early 1990’s and has a fascination for  symbolism, the unconscious and transpersonal psychology. She has a Masters degree in the Cultural Study of Cosmology and Divination, and studied for two years on the MA in Mysticism and Religious Experience.
